Job Title: Cashier

Location: Lagos (Candidate must live within Lekki, Ajah, V/I, Ikoyi)

Employment Type: Full-time

  • Will be responsible for processing card & cash payments, using a point of sale (POS) system for transactions as well as communicating with customers and assisting other members of staff.
  • The ideal fit is one who is attentive to detail, customer-centric, and provides all services in a friendly manner.
  • Handle Cash, Transfer, POS transactions with customers
  • Ensures sales entries are correctly entered and receipts are issued to customer
  • Must possess suggestive selling skills
  • Prepare receipts and collect payments, issue change, receipts, refunds, or tickets
  • Prepare sales reports
  • Bank all cash daily
  • Keep reports of all transactions and take inventory of all items supplied to the store
  • Ascertain reorder levels and take charge of reorders
  • Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information regarding payments and refunds
  • Maintain customer database and loyalty programs
  • Bag, box or wrap packages
  • Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess OND /HND/ NCE/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Banking & Finance/ Business Administration or related.
  • A minimum of 1 year work experience.
  • Proficient in Windows and MS office, High level of MS Excel Knowledge
  • Must live within Lekki environs
  • Experience in retail and basic math skills
  • Attention to details and have strong work ethic and integrity.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lagos (Candidate must live within Lekki, Ajah, V/I, Ikoyi)

Employment Type: Full-time

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Receive phone calls and reply messages
  • Converse and convert customers through all our social media platforms including: WhatsApp, Instagram, Twitter, Google My Business and any other social platform we are present on.
  • Attend to Walk-in and Online customers.
  • Use pictures and videos of our products to convince customers
  • Take pictures and videos of our products for marketing to customers
  • Do presentation videos of products and how to use
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Receive and process customer orders
  • Generate sales and close Transactions.
  • Post on our social media accounts
  • Act as the face of the company.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service
  • OND/HND/B.Sc in any discipline
  • Readiness to learn.

Location: Lekki , Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Develop social media strategy
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all our social media handles on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google My Business, YouTube, Tiktok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and adopting content to suit each channel.
  • Create original content
  • Develop, launch and manage new campaigns to promote the organization and brand.
  • Developing engaging discussions on social media
  • Create viral contents via videos and pictures
  • Write captivating captions.
  • Run Ads on these platforms when necessary to boost visibility and growth.
  • Use Scheduling Apps such as Later to schedule Social media posts
  • Edit pictures and videos before posting to social media
  • Must be in tune with trends
  • Monitor, track and analyze and report performance on all platforms using tools such as Instagram Insights, Google Analytics and more.
  • Overseeing the functionality of the website, evaluate and manage website performance, facilitate hosting and server management, and develop, maintain and update website content.
  • Upload and update stock items on the website. Stock quantity updating regularly, create new products upload to the website.
  • Write good descriptive captions for products uploaded on the website
  • Upload product pictures within specified formats and SEO frames.

Qualifications

  • Degree in any field
  • Minimum 2 years working experience.
  • Proficiency in Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google My Business, YouTube, Tiktok, Snapchat, LinkedIn.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to use Canva, Inshot to design
  • Good Knowledge of WordPress.
